WHY SOME OF THE PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN DISCONTINUED?

 

As of April 2020, the brand has decided to discontinue majority of its  portfolio due to  COVID related supplier disruption. We are working with our current formulators to launch new skincare.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Once the purchase is made we aim to ship the package within 2-3 days. A tracking number will be updated and notification will be sent to your email.

Please make sure to register an account with us to keep a track for historical purchases and promotions.

 

DOES PANAH LABS SHIP WORLWIDE?

Yes, we do. Please add the product to cart in order to estimate shipping fees. International buyers will be responsible for local customs clearance and import duties.

 

DOES PANAH LABS TEST ON ANIMALS ?

Panah Labs does not test on animals.

 

HOW DO I DETERMINE THE EXPIRY DATE OF PRODUCT?

Please refer to the open jar symbol (PAO) on the packaging of products manufactured in the US or Europe.

WHERE ARE PANAH LABS PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?

We contract GMP certified facilities based in Germany, US, UK and India. Our formulators have decades of experience formulating safe and sophisticated formulas.

 

ARE PANAH LABS PRODUCTS SAFE TO USE?

Yes! We source our actives or raw materials from world class manufacturers based in the US and Europe. By sourcing raw materials which are approved (safe) and rigorously tested for cosmetics end use we assure high quality and safe products for our customers.

 

ARE PANAH LABS PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?

We recommend to patch test our products before incorporating them into your full routine. Customers with sensitive skin issues in general should consult a dermatologist before testing new skincare formulations.

 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/RETURN POLICY?

You may return any unopened  items within 14 days of purchase. Please contact your local distributor for returns policy.  Used products cannot be sold due to health and hygiene reasons and are discarded which affects operating costs of boutique skincare companies.
